I'm Dr Charlotte Garbutt.

I have worked in the education sector for over 30 years, as a qualified primary school teacher, lecturer, mentor, teacher trainer - and now as an education & career coach. My most recent role was Senior Partnership Area Tutor for the University of Hull, working with trainee teachers and in partnership with primary schools across Hull, East & North Yorkshire and North & North East Lincolnshire. Throughout my career, I have used the skills of coaching, active listening, effective questioning, facilitating, presenting, leadership and mentoring. As an education & career coach with transformEd coaching, I work online, as well as face-to-face in East & North Yorkshire and North & North East Lincolnshire.
