The Taster / Top-Up £100
This one-off coaching session is for

those unable to commit or unsure about committing to a package of sessions;

existing clients requiring an additional one-off session;

those with a focussed short-term goal (e.g. preparation for a challenging conversation).

Standard £270
This recommended package consists of three 1:1 coaching sessions. These 'conversations with a purpose' typically last 40 to 60 minutes each and can take place online or face-to-face*.

Premium £480
This package consists of six 1:1 coaching sessions. These 'conversations with a purpose' typically last 40 to 60 minutes each and can take place online or face-to-face*. In addition, clients have access to additional support via email between sessions.

Premium Plus £675
This package consists of nine 1:1 coaching sessions. These 'conversations with a purpose' typically last 40 to 60 minutes each and can take place online or face-to-face.* In addition, clients have access to additional support via email between sessions as well as written summaries of the coaching conversations.
